"For the man following the truck doing 75 in a 65 in California on I-10 EB, For one the speed limit in Ca. for a tractor trailer is 55 not 65 and for another if your follwing him and you know he's doing 75 than that tells me YOU are also doing 75. So my question for you is what makes him so much more unsafe than you are? As a matter of fact by your own admission your even more unsafe, WHY?
