"Watch them like a hawk. I’ve continually had to correct them entering addresses and names wrong and use them daily. Now, twice, they have overcharged me by entering the wrong type of shipping and then refused to do anything to correct it. Charged me $23 to send a 5x8 bubble mailer that weighed 6oz from Benton, ar to Westfork, AR. No insurance. No special delivery. Snuck it in with 8 other packages so it wasn’t noticed until after the receipt hit the office."

"Will not ship firearm PARTS. Not a firearm, but a PIECE of a firearm. Which is somewhat ironic considering UPS delivered the part to me in the first place… *UPDATE* they also won’t ship phones… despite having pre-paid UPS shipping labels. Seems as though they pretty much arbitrarily pick and choose what they will or won’t ship. Please do not waste your time with these clowns."

"I HAD A PACKAGE RETURNED BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. THE SHIPMENT THE FIRST TIME COST ME $13.49. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE STORE IT WAS RETURNED BECAUSE OF INCORRECT ADDRESS. WHEN I RETURNED TO THE UPS STORE THE NEXT DAY GAVE THE EMPLOYEE THE SAME SHEET OF PAPER IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SHIPPED TO THAT I GAVE HIM THE FIRST TIME WHEN THE CORRECT ADDRESS(BY THE WAY WHEN HE ASKED ME TO VERIFY THE ADDRESS I TOLD HIM AT THAT TIME THAT WAS NOT THE CORRECT ZIP CODE AND BECAUSE HE HAD TYPED IN 65TH STREET INSTEAD OF 35TH ) AND HE SAID THAT IS THE ZIP CODE THAT COMES UP. HE TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISTAKE AND CHARGED ME $8.49 TO RESHIP THE PACKAGE. BY THE WAY WHEN I TOOK THE PACKAGE IN TO THE STORE I HAD IT WRAPPED AND THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON THE LABEL ON THE PACKAGE. MY PERSPECTIVE IS DUE TO HIS TYPING MISTAKE I SHOULD NOT BEEN CHARGED THE SECOND TIME."
