"My husband and I went in to get a document notarized, most of the employees were working hard and fast to ensure customers were taken care of. However the person we dealt with was so rude to both customers and other employees. I assume she was some kind of manager but she should NOT be working customer service. Even went as far as stating “she wasn’t raised to be nice” she was notarizing some documents for us and seemed to have no clue what to do, we called our LAWYER with questions and she told us our lawyer was wrong. We were charged $20 to get a piece of paper notarized, took about 2 minutes, a stamp, and a signature. We left disgusted by her behavior towards others. I understand her notary services cost money, but seeing as how other places don’t charge for this service she should have been upfront about the cost, had we known we would be charged we would have went somewhere else, especially while being treated so badly."

"We were robbed at this store. They charged us over $150 to return a package we returned. The original shipping using UPS to us from the manufacturer was $30. The part was incorrect and the company wanted us to use UPS to return the item. How does this happen? $30 to me, $158 back? I have used this store many times, but this is the last. Talked to the manager, passed the blame on UPS and stated they just charge whatever the computer said."
