"Great place to live. Peaceful, quiet, and its secluded area keeps away thieves. 1 mile away from big shopping centers so its also a great location. Management is very helpful and the maintenance is great. I am leaving because they are increasing my rent. Most of the time its very quiet, if you have smoker neighbors, they will constantly be coming in and out slamming their doors and windows *apt120* (Im sure if you raise concerns to management they will do something about it, but i didn't bother). Upstairs neighbor noise was manageable since it was only one person."
