"This is just the worst apartment complex i have lived in. An apartment complex with no maintenance, sometimes no one in the office for days. Management is never truthful to residents. I had a maintenance issue when i was living in this complex, they refused to take care of that until i have to move out. From the time the issue started to the time i moved out is almost a year. Which means they don't care about you. Only your money. Anytime you walk to their office they will only promise you that it will be taken care right away. Which is not true. This is the first apartment complex i moved in and all staffs members in the office resigned in not less than three months. Which means no one is happy here. Remember you are working 8 to 12 hours a day for your money. You using that money to pay a rent and you are not getting the right service you deserve. Nothing about your package is secure. Living in this complex i used to pick up my packages to a family member house. If there is any advice i can give. I WILL SAY THIS IS NOT THE BEST PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. IF THERE IS A WAY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENTS COMPLEX."
"I applied and was charged 50.00 for an application fee, and a 500.00 deposit. I didn’t get the unit- life happens. However I have yet to receive my security deposit returned to me. I have been waiting since 2/15/23! I have had to communicate with corporate, and accounting to track down this money!!! Bad business practices!"
"This is not a good place to live save yourself and save your money. They dont care about you or about your stuff and property all they care about is getting there rent money on time. They do not fix anything here. They pool has been closed for 2+ years and now is extremely dirty. You can put work orders in but nothing gets fixed. There is new vandalism and nothing is done. You have people pretty much living out of the garage down there all hrs drinking and doing drugs best option look somewhere else"
"I have lived here for almost seven years, and honestly, it's not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. If you're friendly and easy-going, the management will be friendly with you. It's not difficult. The building and units recently went through a multi-million dollar renovation project that addressed most of the major concerns in this aging apartment complex. This doesn't help the fact that the carpet and paint used in every unit are the cheapest, least durable materials possible. They definitely aren't meant to withstand a growing family and a dog for the better part of a decade. It makes sense that they would use cheap materials; most renters don't stay more than a year or two, and recarpeting and painting every unit with each tenant turnover gets expensive. There have been multiple turnovers in the office staff since I moved here in 2011, but everyone has always been pleasant and seems genuinely concerned with making sure this is a comfortable place to call home. I have never had any issues with maintenance requests, and any problems with other tenants, the grounds, or billing/rent payments have been handled quickly and efficiently. The general upkeep of common areas could use a bit more time and effort, but the exterior grounds are usually well-maintained. Just be sure to watch for dog poop; not everyone cleans up after their dogs the way they're supposed to. If you're considering living here, pay the extra money to have an apartment on the west side of the building, otherwise you're stuck listening to traffic on Hwy. 169 all day, every day. That's really my biggest irritation here, but that's out of management's control. Pros: underground parking, indoor pool, dog friendly, large units, recently renovated (new windows and patio doors, new kitchens), fenced dog area, management on site Cons: large building, lazy neighbors, traffic noise"
