"Pharmacy technicians run through a script. They do not take the time to listen to you speak and will interrupt you and begin talking before you’re finished speaking. They make you feel very rushed, that they are too busy (which I am sure they are), and are basically workers on an assembly line getting through their tasks without regard for their output."

"I'm so glad I finally switched from this freak show of a pharmacy. The employees at Walmart pharmacy are curt and act like your very existence is a grave inconvenience for them. I was out of pills waiting for a doctor to send refills and asked the clerk if I could have a couple pills to get me through until that happened. She went to ask the pharmacist, who visibly rolled her eyes at the request. I then sat for over two hours waiting for them to be bothered to count and dispense three pills. Another time, I was out of town and one of my prescriptions had been filled. I received a phone call from one of the workers, who was rude and demanded to know exactly when I was going to pick up my one prescription that I had dared leave sitting there for a few days. They force you to talk to the pharmacist whenever you pick up a new prescription, which is irritating and time wasting since the pharmacists and students who counsel you on the drug literally just read the sig code on the bottle and send you on your way. I wanted to talk to the pharmacist or manager of the pharmacy about my concerns, but the clerk just said, "I'll see if *name* can talk to you," and - surprise! - no one could be bothered to speak to me. This pattern of inconvenience and irritation is unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting for professional staff to be acting this way. I have since switched to Lewis, where the employees are always friendly even when the store is busy, and are always kind when I come to pick up my prescriptions. I do not recommend Walmart pharmacy to anybody and I suggest somebody does something about the attitude of the staff before more patients transfer pharmacies."
