"Love the easy access and accommodating building staff had a issue instantly fixed building is always updating and remodeling great units really safe area never had a problem with noise or the neighbors. Moved into a unit and was fine only issue was the toilet was so low and leaked but after the second leak they upgraded it and we are content"

"Lived at Southview Apartments in Sartell for 3 years. Had no issues with them, thought they were pretty reasonable whenever I had some hiccups with rent. Towards the end though, they weren’t much help for me. Long story short, my roommate moved out, was originally gonna live by myself in the two bedroom because I accidentally signed for a 12 month instead of month to month (which is what I wanted). I called them asking if I could change it since it was only a week since I turned in the form and they wouldn’t let me (ok fine whatever). I then ran into some life issues to where I couldn’t pay rent. I called them having a breaking down trying to figure out if I had options and they weren’t much help at all. I ended up breaking the lease, I tried my absolute hardest to find a sublet or whoever could just move in and take over the lease. No luck there. I kept everything in tip top shape, I even carpet cleaned my WHOLE apartment room to make it easy for them. Even though I was late on paying my dues to them for breaking the lease, I paid them in full (I think I even rounded up the total, giving them extra money to keep) and went my own way. Fast forward to today, I tried signing up for a lease and got denied because apparently I left on “bad terms” which isn’t true. I had to break my lease, I had no choice and they knew that. Wasn’t planning on making a review but they screwed me on getting a place and so I might be homeless now. Thanks MN Apartment People.... definitely suggest others on finding another place. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before moving into this place.."

"Horrid management in Plymouth as well. Would not recommend the Minnesota apartment people at all. You can’t even talk to anybody from there, only the apartment managers will talk to you and they are rude."

"I live in the St. Cloud area and it only got one star because the apartments are relatively nice. The management company on the other hand is horrid. Never returning calls or emails about important things such as: Having wasps outside the air conditioner that get into the apartment, not responding to the various calls we made about the carpet being stained on move-in and now charging us for them on leaving, not replacing light fixtures that were broken on move-in, not having a showerhead in one of the showers, etc. etc. Also when we would ask the caretakers about these problems as well they would either A) Not know how to proceed so would tell us to contact the office or B) not have the tools or equipment needed so again told us to contact the office. The owner also lives in the Twin Cities (and is only in the St. Cloud area about once every two weeks) so a lot of times when we did finally get a hold of the office they would respond with "Oh well we have to ask the owner about that but we will get back to you in a week or two." Which they never did. Pretty sure there are still wasps outside the Pheasant Ridge apartments in Sauk Rapids that haven't been taken care of so good luck if you decide to rent there. Terribly managed company. They quality of an apartment can only take you so far. Find another place to live."

"I've been a renter for over 20 years, have rented in multiple cities in several states and can honestly say that my time at Plymouth Colony Apartments was one of the best experiences I've had. The area is great, it's 20 min away from virtually everything. In regards to the management and staff, I cannot say enough to great things to describe just how polite and helpful they are! In short, it's a great area, at a great price, with great people."
