"Called 4 times to inquire about listings, left a voicemail 3 times with no response over the course of a couple months. Kinda disappointing that they put up availabilities for apartments but aren't interested in actually finding tenants. Whatever, I'll be spending my money elsewhere I guess"
"Any rain makes pools to walk through to get to your car. They never plow or fix the parking lot. There are spider webs on every lamp in the hallways. There are so many bugs inside the building in the summer. Knats get through the old windows in the apartment and come inside your home. The grass in the yard is sparse. Wifi is so slow because its so old. Its an ok place to live if you never have a maitenance problem, they work around their own schedule and could care less about your issue. Upper management is very rude and stuck up like a middle school girl. Was promised a gift card for all the troubles they caused and that was not followed through on either. Rent money spent better elsewhere. Update: They dropped of two 25 dollar gift cards outside my door after leaving us without a working refrigerator for 6 days ruining hundreds of dollars of food."
"Apartment Manager Haley is soooo cool!!!"
"Could use some updates. Lots of potential though"
"Love my apartment and the location but, the property is not kept up or landscaped properly and neighbors children are allowed to scream and trash the the area. One evening I came home and they had a taken charcoal out of the BBQ Pits and rubbed it all over the white front entry to our building and side walk. Dogs are allowed to bark and tear up all the window blinds. Huge potholes all over the parking lot, no gutters on the garages and the rain runs off right onto your head while you try to unlock the padlock. No electricity in the garages and no garage door openers."
