"Having so much issues with my delivery was supposed to be here March 6-11 got delayed then was supposed to arrive on the 13th delayed again and was supposed to be here Friday March 15 out for delivery I waited all day and till 10:00pm after I was told it would be delivered last night and nothing im about fed up with this company and they have something expensive of mine and they keep delaying it for no reason im sick of it. Says needs additional information they have my damn address name etc what more do you need!! Then says attempted to deliver and no attempts have been made at all. I need my item!!!"
"I had a package that was supposed to be delivered many days ago. I called and they told me it would be here the next day and still wasn’t delivered. The weather is perfectly fine and roads are clear. Not a very reliable service."

"I received a notification that my international package was on the delivery vehicle and scheduled to be delivered soon. It never arrived and was never scanned as delivered, just vanished. I received a call that next day asking if I had received the package and that they couldn't find it. The associated told me then to file a claim, there was really no attempt to locate the package. Sadly, the item is a custom piece and it can't be replaced before the holidays. I am filing a police report today. I have a really good feeling what happened to the item, thankfully it is a numbered piece, so I can prove ownership when I find it. Usually DHL is better than this, they must be having a hard time hiring honest people."
