"The problem with this company and honestly can’t believe the community has kept them in business so long. Well the problem is once they suck u in to get a pool all nice and friendly afterwards there customer service is terrible. It is family operated if u disagree with the girlfriend or wife for example She will have the husband that owns the company to call and treat you like dirt my wife/spouse would never say that I can’t believe you treats the customer like trash. Another example bad review they will call ticked off because u give them a negatives review terrible. They should call back to see how they can improve services. Last but not lease never on time and prices always bounce up not down. Like I said I can’t believe they are still around terrible customer service Rey disappointed."

"I personally worked for mike starting as a teenager. He worked me to death, paid me very little and made me realize the pool industry needed me. Arkansas is behind the times on everything I will tell you from first hand experience mike builds what he says he will and does everything in his power to make it as top of the line as your budget allows him. I had To work for mikes competition before I could appreciate him. This is the only contractor, with experience, integrity, honesty go ask the people who are hiring lawyers going after Scott g at elite and whatever the guys name who thought he could do what morehead does, I think it was like Arron maheen crystal Pools in Chenal anyways that guys a complete idiot and obviously carrying baggage It’s simple follow my rule I tell all clients build a pool not a huge problem if your in Arkansas and considering going for custom designed gunite pool well contact me in the meantime otherwise as far a the liner pool is concerned mike actually installed the first one to hit The state as a teenager so if you got a better argument then I’m all ears"

"I had made an appointment to have our pool opened 3 weeks ago at a firm price of $300. Yesterday they called me to let me know that there crew would be able to open my pool for $350 and that I needed to confirm immediately or they would move down the list and I would loose my appointment. Well since I wanted to discuss with my wife...especially since they had hiked up the price or written it down wrong after our initial conversation. Then when I called back they were very rude. Elaine Nolan is the one that said: "We have been in business for 40years and you and your business doesn't matter". Great! That is a good message to send out! I highly recommend Central Arkansas Pools: When I called them they were honest, upfront, very knowledgeable, reasonable, and all around very professional!"
