"Went to Archer’s Advantage for a warranty repair on a KI and was told it was going to be a $75 charge; I told them to go ahead and put new string and cables on my bow, too. I went to pick my bow up, four weeks later, and they charged me $100 for the warranty repair and there was no new string and cables. I was disappointed that they overcharged me and forgot the stringing and cables."
"Nice staff, However dont like to answer the phone, Or give many details about what they have in stock ect, seems to require too much effort. Ill share my experience and if this works for you, then buy! One sales person was very helpful allowed me to try bows as necessary till i found what i was after. During the build i was disappointed, i was hoping to learn from the process, instead i had to coax the gentleman building the bow to do his job. 1. Tied my d loop with no nocking points, (preference) 2.D loop knots on same side of string, (nogo) 3.Refused to level my sight, the guy said he had been a machinist and said the new sights were made very strait probably didn't need it, (the new strait sights have a level adjustment built into them) and i'd have to drop it off to have it done! (I didn't even ask for 3rd axis, just the bubble) 4.Never checked cam timing. Didn't think i needed to paper tune he said "you have to break it in first". (Sure string move alot when new, but doesn't change cam position or rest placement. It should absolutely be done. Finally agreed after i insisted, i got a few shots and a couple adjustments before he decided it was plenty good and shut the tuning rack. This wasnt a Walmart priced bow, pretty much the most expensive bow in the store, and i purchased some accessories. Maybe some techs weren't in the store at the time idk. Hopefully experiences differ. If you can work on your own equipment Or aren't a very discerning customer its a good place. Otherwise buy somewhere else. To Archers Advantage, if you read your reviews theres a distinct difference in service your customers are getting, it seems to be coming only from specific salespeople."
"Very unfriendly and rude. Was much better service and friendly under previous owner. Went in to get older crossbow fixed for my son and they said they couldn’t get parts for it. Funny that I can go online and get the parts. Guess they haven’t heard of the internet. I will never shop there again. Tim Jones"
"The fellas here are very knowledgeable and take the time to work with you to get your equipment setup properly. Always plenty of staff to help out, and offer input as well."
"I went in here for the first time today. And made it aware I was interested in learning about new stuff. So there was chance to make me a returning customer. But I won't be returning there. I went in Expecting someone to help me. And if I'm being honest they made me feel really stupid. I told them I was fairly new to archery and what I was looking for ( some cheap compound arrows) and the guy just kinda grabbed something. Didn't tell me anything about it. And comes back and hands it to me. I then begin to ask him a few questions about arrows and such. And I'm not sure if it was just because it was the end of the work day or what, but he was very sarcastic in response. It was obviously my first time in there and they were very unfriendly. They made me feel ignorant instead of answering my questions about my newfound passion. Then. I get home. And notice on my ticket I was charged for 4 arrows. And 4 field tips that I didn't ask for. I asked for 3 arrows only. $22 turned into $33 really fast and I didn't notice until it's too late. I look at the ticket. They have a no return policy on arrows with no exceptions. This is the worst customer service I've seen since Walmart"
