"GREAT experience! Service is so nice. The drivers are so nice. Definitely recommend to everyone who rides. If you ever need a bus driver for charters and things like that this is the place to go things like that."
"Like mentioned, you get what you paid for I like that it’s direct, staff is usually friendly, and passengers usually are as well Honestly, I wish the seats were more spacious and comfortable, had cup holders at least and more room to stretch legs mine didn’t even have the foot rest; completely broken off. They’re usually full, pretty busy so I don’t understand why it’s pretty bad in here. Sure there’s usb plug ins but the ones in the back don’t even work or are missing, there are wires hanging out, the bathroom about the same as portapotty, the old school tvs start movies but throughout black out with the low audio still playing. Kept showing same scene on repeat since 3 am till 11. It got real hot in the back and broken glass on windows as well They should make it a priority to make it more comfortable and safe for passengers, Super awful we had to wait 4 hrs at border for the other bus driver to take over, unlike other buses that have one (+ alternate) that just roll on through. That was annoying and tiring Overall, would give 3.5/5 but prob won’t take these again. It was the only bus available at the time from Durango, Mx back home. Didn’t get a plane ticket, so seemed like safe driving for most part of trip."
"Not very good place to travel with but you get what you pay for, with a cheap company like this one. The bus drivers cut deals with the boarder police so they won't inspect the bus. They leave the bus unattended and anyone can get on without authorization. Very unprofessional and not safe if you ask me. They raise the price when people travel more like November and December, not an honest company. I was not pleased at all with my experience and would like a refund."
"My parents had a 24 hour travel and said it was much nicer than they expected due to it being a bus that was full at that time. They had enough space to be comfortable and movies to watch was an option to keep them entertained. The price was reasonable as well"
