"I swear I called and went on apartment listing app to get a call back but still no one called or emailed me. Its been a month now and nothing, I even drove there but the office is always closed of course I don't stop by more then once every so often. My guess is the manager is getting paid to do nothing."
"It is reasonably priced for what you get. Apartment could be cleaner. The location is fabulous."
"I lived here for a year. This is a perfectly acceptable place to live! However with the rise of rent rates I’m not sure if it’s worth the price... I paid $905 for a two bedroom, which they recently raised to $1035, which is part of why I moved out. The kitchen was very dark, needed some lighting above the sink. Kitchen sink and faucet could use an upgrade, especially since it didn’t have a dishwasher. No microwave either, and virtually no counter space. Not the most pleasant space. You need some sort of secondary counter space like a utility cart to make it work well. The rest of the apartment was fine, had two ceiling fans, one in a bedroom which was a plus. My heat broke down twice during the year... but the in-building land lady was helpful both times and it was fixed either same day or the next day. The building itself is kind of smelly, seems like a mix of smoke and animal smell. I had to use air fresheners constantly to keep my apartment from smelling like that. The location is very nice, relatively family friendly. The YMCA and park are right next door. Each apartment has a screened in balcony, which is very cool! It’s clear the screens were not installed professionally, someone with some screens and a staple gun clearly made them. Not perfect, but they work well enough! All in all a fine place to live if the rent rates make sense for you! I enjoyed my time there."
