"James has been the most helpful employee ever, he always helps me get what I need and he is very knowledgeable on what to use for any problem we have. Will be back, 10/10 customer service."
"They tested my pool water without trying to sell me anything. They printed out the honest analysis and were very friendly and professional. Totally recommend!"
"Poor customer service. I needed an employee to help me pick out a circulating pump for my application. He would not listen to the pump requirements for my project, or help me decide what I needed to order/purchase. He was only interested in making excuses as to why he couldn't help. The employee wasn't willing to think critically to provide customer service. I'm now going to order my pump from the internet and will probably get better customer support."
"Very helpful, always extremely friendly. I was being horribly ripped off by a pool service that had the gall to charge me for all the chemicals it took to get rid of three episodes of algae while they were "servicing" my pool weekly for $75.00 (chemicals not included). Leslie's helped me get set up to take care of it myself saving me literally hundreds of dollars."
"First time I took a sample in they had me buy 165.00 worth of chemicals. My pool was crystal clear and blue before I added all the chemicals per their recommendation. The next day it turned green...for two weeks back and fourth and another 80.00 worth of chemicals no change. I found the ph level extremely high so I lowered it and shocked it. Within two days it was blue and clear again. It turns out my ph level was extremely high per my at home test. Either their tester is inaccurate or their recommendations are. Waste of money"
