"I forgot his name already even though it's only been a day, but I went here and the store manager helped me out. He was a big guy and had blonde hair. He did a great job answering questions and not being pushy. He was able to provide his opinion and preferences without trying to force me a specific way. He was definitely using some salesman tactics based on things I was saying but it wasn't annoying and most people probably wouldn't notice.. I'm just very receptive to what people are saying and doing. I also appreciate and encourage salesmen to do their job and try to make sales. That's a great thing. I spent probably 30 minutes trying things on and discussing things with him until I eventually decided on the Oakley Gauge 8 sunglasses. It's a real shame these are made in China and not USA, but the build seems quality and rigid. There are occasionally things which are made in China which are well-made and of high quality. Still, I would prefer to support America rather than China, especially lately with China lying and people dying, etc... However, the other options I was comparing against these ones just ended up losing when comparing the factors of quality, appearance and feel on your head. It was not at all due to price, which I didn't really consider. I only chose based on what I actually wanted. So that says a lot about the quality because it wasn't a "good for the price" situation -- they were just the best of the ones I liked and was deciding between... even though others were made in America or Italy. Manager also didn't give me any trouble for not being a mask-wearing sheep. Very nice."

"If I could give 20 stars I would, here's why! When I walked in to The Sunglass Hut in Park Plaza Mall, there were a few people already being helped, but that didn't stop Madison and Michael from greeting me as I entered. It may not seem like much but, from a customer perspective, being acknowledged upon entry is key to a great experience! Madison is a gem with a bubbly yet professional demeanor, and she listed as I gave her some cues and she made some suggestions based on my personal style. As we were finishing the transaction, she noticed one of the pairs I had selected had a crack in one of the lenses. Michael was there to confirm. I didn't see it but, I'm blown away that she did! I wouldn't have been able to return them if I would have caught it after I left! Not having another pair of the same model in store, they helped me order them through online portal and I left a very satisfied customer! Thank you two again for your help. "Quintarious and Ashley were some of the nicest and most Professional people i have had the pleasure of doing business with. I am from Tampa, Fl anr was visiting my family when I realized I had lost my sunglasses. I only intended to look around, but they were so helpful. I intended to purchase straight from Oakley because of the firefighter discount, but when i showed them the internet price they told me they would MATCH it. Are you kidding? I have been telling all of my buddies about this. I got the same price as Oakley Special Service plus i didnt have to wait for them in the mail, and I got a free warranty...sold!. Unfortunatley, i lost the receipt when I got home and the sunglass hut site said it was too late to leave feedback (even though it was less than a month), but Quintarious and Ashley deserve a shout out for how awesome they were. Thank you guys!"

"Better pricing than Oakley store while carrying many of the same models. The staff is not as pushy as the other store either. I've always found what I wanted and the staff is knowledgeable about their products."
