"I have only lived at the Monticello Village for a few months now but I would definitely recommend it. All the staff are always quick to fix any issues we have. They are great at communicating as well. The apartment manager Sabrina Gartner is always helpful with answering any questions as well as maintaining a clean and friendly environment."
"Certain people are rude here, and definitely don’t know how to park. No body respects anyone else’s vehicles and just straight up dent your car and don’t even care about the damage. Definitely moving out soon.."
"Windows leak, mold growing in our room because the windows are not sealed. You can feel the cold coming through the windows. No fan in the bathrooms which is kind of a downer. The fridge has black stuff under it and I've been told the appliances are fairly new, the microwave light doesnt work so you cant have light over the stove. Washer and dryer seem to never work always says offline. Other then all that place is great."
