"I intentionally wait to be called because at least then I know my prescription is ready. I don't want to haul my baby into the store with me so I use the drive thru. Instant regret due to the 20 minute wait per car but have to wait because I'm blocked in with my frustrated baby. Also what is the point in having a number to text when your prescription is never waiting for you? An hour to grab it while I waste my fuel and it's still not ready. However it doesn't matter how many times people complain because the problem is never corrected. Sincerely irritated."

"I had picked up a prescription the other day and was not pleased with the customer service at all. Not towards me directly, but to this older lady that was waiting for her prescription. She had asked the worker a question and the worker had talked back to her in a very negative tone and attitude and told her “I’m a little busy right now” when she asked about her other item. No matter how busy you are, customers come first."

"Why is it you can't get a prescription called in and pick it up the same day anymore? I have never had this many problems get a prescription filled! To top of off when you go to pick it up 5 hours after it was called in and you ask why it's not done all you get is a rude answer back!"

"The drive through is absolutely horrible. There’s no reason why it should take 20 minutes a car. If mine isn’t ready they always make me go around the loop, but then the next car can take so long. Also it takes forever to get a prescription ready to be filled. I left the clinic and checked in after I did my shopping and was still told it would be an addition 15-20 minutes. There is no reason for this. I suggest finding elsewhere if can, as you may be waiting for hours waiting for your prescription."

"Overall, the service I get at Hy-Vee's pharmacy is very good and the workers are helpful and attentive. However, they are crazy busy during typical rush hours, so I highly recommend making sure your scripts are already filled and ready when you go, and definitely go on off-peak hours because the drive-thru line is hilariously long otherwise. I am just thankful that they always have what I need in stock and ready."
