"I recently moved from Oklahoma to South Dakota and after I got here I realized I was going to run out of my prescription medicine. I called Watertown SD pharmacy and they were so polite helping me figure out how to get my meds from there to here. After my Dr faxed my medicine to the pharmacy one of the pharmacist called me letting me know they had been received the prescriptions and to apologize that one of the meds would have to be shipped in as she didnt have it on hand. I went to pick up my medicine and bc I dont have insurance yet the Techs stopped what they were doing to go online and find me a discount. Everyone at this pharmacy has been the most polite people I've ever dealt with at any pharmacy before. I will be leaving this same review at walmart.com and I hope they let this wonderful group of people know how amazing and stress free they have made this experience for me."

"Every time I go through this pharmacy and need them to fax the doctor for refills they say they will and then don't. This leads to delays in me getting meds that are important to my mental health. It's atrocious."
