"Very disappointed with this store. Terrible management and staff. Bought an entire facility's worth of equipment, and as soon as it was purchased, communication stopped. Had the hardest time getting the guys to show up. Had a scheduled drop off at 6 a.m. that required me to be in two hours early, no big, but then they didn't show up till 9 a.m. with no heads up. Several weeks after they delivered and set up, the equipment was falling apart. Tried calling the shop to get a maintenance guy out to fix the machines, and they would never answer my number. On a hunch, I used a new number, and they answered right away. Finally got their maintenance man out here, who said the guys who installed it did the job wrong. Told me it would take him and two other guys to fix the machines. He left, and I haven't heard back, and they won't return my calls."
