"Coburn's is still a better option than Walmart or Walgreens, because they have better hours & accept more insurance plans than they do ... BUT -- they should really have a few more people working, in my opinion! They used to be very friendly and everyone knew who you were -- and they always got your prescriptions done early or at least in time, but starting late fall of 2021, things went downhill. Some new staff came, some prior staff moved on to other places and things just haven't been the same. They are SO SLOW! They said they would mail my prescriptions on a Friday, they didn't mail them until the following Monday & I ran out of my meds & got sick. On top of that, you are guaranteed to have to wait at least half an hour for anything, even if you've called in a refill 2-3 days ahead of time. It doesn't matter! They CLAIM that this is due to Covid, but that's a crock. They either have more prescriptions than they can handle with the staff they have or they are SEVERELY understaffed! HIRE MORE STAFF! There seems to only be one or two people working there still from the "old crew" that know what they're doing, and they can't possibly do it all (although they try). They are so friendly and patient and honestly TRY to hold everything together -- and if weren't for them, we probably would have switched pharmacies. Especially Al (the manager) is REALLY helpful & will go out of his way to make things right. He has given recommendations for local doctors when we were new in the area and didn't know where the clinic even was, and so forth -- a really great guy!"
