Walmart Pharmacy

"I had a very good experience at this pharmacy. They looked after me and even offered to go out of his way to help me further. I was not expecting this, in Texarkana where I often go the pharmacist just yells at me like the Jerry Springer show or something. It's pretty awful."

"I’m a pharmacy Intern currently in pharmacy school at UAMS, I had to call the pharmacy a couple of days ago for my great grandmother who got some medicine called in when she was diagnosed with Covid. The doctor told her a different set of instructions than the pharmacy so I called to clarify and the pharmacist Johnathan was very helpful. He offered to call the doctors office for me since I was driving to work at the time and told me he’d call me right back. I was expecting it to take a while for him to get back to me but he called me back within like 10-15 minutes and we got everything resolve. He was very nice and respectful of my time: 10/10."

"I have shopped Walmart and the pharmacy for many years. I have never had a rude cashier and have always had great folks in the pharmacy. The pharmacist, and I have talked to many different ones, have all been very nice and always professional. When I go to Walmart, I don't expect super humans to magically make me their primary care. I know I have to wait in line just like everybody else. I understand that sometimes I'm inpatient, and I understand that vustomers can be very rude at times, but I have seen many a cashier put up with their rudeness and keep doing their job without saying a mean word back. The customer is not always right, but growing up in a grocery store business, my Dad always tried to keep the customer happy. I think Walmart Associates do a great job of keeping customers as happy as possible and kindness is always the right thing to do!"
