The UPS Store

"This store's employees need to be trained in proper and professional customer service. Interactions with employee are barely civil to quite rude. The last encounter caused me to leave the store and take my package farther down road to post office. I commented to PO clerk my encounter and she replied they'd been hearing this from several customers."

"I do know that I have been to this store repeatedly, and it has always been clean, the personal service I receive each time is definitely 5 star."

"Today I went and the young man with long hair very reluctantly paid attention to me. The other times that I have gone, the other people have treated me very well until they took the flyer from me and returned. They helped me print the flyer right there, but the young man from Today, very rude, he said that he didn't know, it could be because I'm Hispanic, very rude, like he didn't want to help me, the truth is, it was just a matter of printing and that's it, but it seemed very difficult for him, he wanted me to send it to him by email and I really didn't like him. I said I'm sorry I don't know how to send and instead of helping me he made a hateful face, the other people were always very cordial and eager to help people like me."

"Hours posted are 8-630 on Fridays. It's 8:10am. No one is here, no answer on phone, no ability to leave a VM. I hope employee scheduled today is ok. Also hope owner/mgmt has a way in the future to let customers know of changes of operation hours via a VM msg in situations like this. Very sad that a system is not already in place."

"DO NOT USE THIS STORE. VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES! We shipped a package with this store on 12/10/19. We had no issues in the store. UPS delivered the package to another UPS store but it was delayed and late. No big deal because we allowed plenty of time. For some odd reason the other UPS store returmed the package. Since the package was not delivered as we paid for we asked for a refund. Both the man and the woman working in the store became highly combative refusing to issue a refund or provide any help. We asked for the store managers name or a corporate contact. They said “look it up online”. They later said its only 1-800-Pickups. They even called the police on us even though we made no threats and did not break any laws. The police never came so I can only assume the police knew there was no reason for the phone call. I repeat DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS HERE!"
