"Woman behind the counter is unnecessarily rude, every time, consistently. I offered to tell her my prescription to help her find it as she didn't know what it was, and she literally said "No, I don't care." I can't comment on the rest of the employees, but she's one of 2, to maybe 3 people you'll interact with, so there's a very high chance you'll have to deal with this dreadful person. It's never a pleasant experience going to this place."

"Friendly staff, not as up to date as some pharmacies. Communication is not the best."

"Can to pick up a prescription for my father 18 hours after the hospital sent it into the pharmacy. Have to wait because it is not ready. As I am waiting I am listening to other customers whom also have to wait because their prescriptions are also not ready. Not sure what is the problem here."

"I have had some problems with getting my meds. They have charged me for meds that I didn't get when I asked if they could look there because I didn't get them, I was told that I was arguing with them and they hung up. I was on the "ready refill" so that supposedly I wouldn't have a problem getting my meds on time. But have gone more than once without meds for a week because they didn't come in. There was also a time that the doctor ordered a med refill (Friday)and I called later I was told that they couldn't fill it until Monday because they were out. When I called on Monday afternoon I was told that it didn't come in but should be in on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I called and talked to someone else who informed me that he had filled it on Friday. The date on the bottle said that it was filled on Friday and the bill that I got for it said that same date (Friday)."
