"Went into the shop to inquire if they could help me put a sight and rest of on my bow. The old fella behind the counter was more interested in his cell phone than helping me. He responded "yes" without ever making eye contact. Now, I get it...I didn't buy the bow or accessories from them and the old man might have been salty about losing those sales. But, come on, if he'd treated me well, I would more inclined to buy a bow and accessories from them in the future. And, for what it's worth...I was the only person in the store. Both the kid perched on the counter and the old man were not doing anything other than laying around. I could understand lackluster customer service if they were slammed...this was not the case."

The young lady didn't catch her name, I think she was his wife, she was very friendly and helpful also. This place is an hour drive from me but well worth it for all my archery needs in the future."
