"I used to love this pharmacy. This is the second time I’ve called in a refill and they dropped the ball. They didn’t tell me when I called on Wednesday that they were out of the medicine so I could have found someplace else to fill it. Overall, I’ve ignored smaller mistakes because I felt they made up for it, but leaving me hanging for an entire weekend with no medication I take three times a day isn’t cutting it. Another issue is the hours. On Saturday, it really is “-ish” on their opening time. I needed a prescription picked up before heading to Little Rock to catch a flight. We called over and over, but of course, they don’t answer if they are there. We sat out front and saw no fewer than three employees sitting in their cars past the opening time posted. Once the owner arrived, they finally opened, but it still took a while to get my medicine. My original flight had been cancelled and I was bumped to an earlier flight. Every other pharmacy I have dealt with has had emergency numbers, but they don’t. So, I nearly missed an important flight while they piddled around with their “ish” opening times. I’m looking for a new pharmacy now."

"Management is very nice and helpful. Store is always clean. Great atmosphere, and employees always have wonderful attitudes. Techs are very knowledgeable and prompt to assist when needed. Parking is clean. Pharmacist knows all about your meds. Keeps you updated with the potential side effects that could be life threatening with all your new, as well as Meds currently taking, that you should always keep check on. This is a family owned business. And I believe they treat each of us "their customers" as one of their family members. I give this place a 5. Cleanness, Parking 5,bathroom 5, atmosphere 5,hospitality and kindness 5,and making you feel like family 5."
