"I wasn't to happy this last time I had my daughters prescription filled. She told me they would text me when they got the approval for my daughters meds and when they were ready. I waited and didn't hear anything from them. So I called Monday and asked if she had any to pick up. They told me yup its been ready and I asked why I didn't receive a text and she said she couldn't answer that for me because they are automated messages. Well after I talked to them an hour later I got the text message that it was ready. Would have been nice to know 3 days before when it was actually ready. A little frustrating."
