"Would rate 0 stars if I could, absolutely unacceptable customer service from the gentlemen on nights and the lady who calls herself the boss of this lifeless, heartless business. I would understand that you can't get rides from where I was asking if I wasn't told beforehand it was possible then bailed on by this shoddy company last minute. Only person who was somewhat cheerful or nice on the phone was the, "new" girl who was actually delightful to talk to. I hope this business goes under so the boss and nightshift sod can keep 69ing in the supply closet."

"Does this business realize their receptionist sending away business. I had to call twice bc she kept giving me excuses not to schedule and finally didn't schedule bc refused. It was just a trip to the hospital being schedule for my mother. She didn't like me scheduling it for her. Please change ur staff. It seems everyone has the same complaint."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. The woman answering the phone was so rude it unbelievable. I needed a taxi to my oncologist , collum n Carney. She said " mam, I can't do that" in a hateful tone of voice. I just hung up the phone"

"If you expect fast service don't go with this transportation company. Iv bean waiting for over 2 hrs for a cab to take me 3.4 miles down the road after calling to see when my cab would arrive. I was informed she was way behind and the would get to me when they can in the most unprofessional tone ever. My first ride with this company will be my last!!!!!! ID rather walk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If this is how this company handles their business they should be shut down! IV never in my life bean more discussed with any transportation company!"

"Cab got there early which was nice. Lady was really friendly and talkative. I was impressed with the service but they need to get their vehicles redone. Seat belt didn't work."
