"Wish there was a 0 to rate them. Horrible customer service. A huge pet peeve of mine is a business not saying thank you. I walked in & was the only customer. I said Good Morning how are you. No response. And the young man was right in front of me. I bought what i needed & no response. Won’t be back. This happened 2-7-23 about 11 am."

"I called them to come out and open and clean the pool for a client. They missed one day because they said they forgot. I rescheduled the next day and then Then they said they forgot again. I called the final time and they wanted to reschedule for the following day but wanted to start at 6 o’clock in the morning and I was going to have to come open up a building for them can I ask if they could be a little bit later and the owner son said that I was just too much trouble after I had rescheduled with them three times for them not showing up. After he cussed me and hung up on me."

"Company this is absolutely garbage their horrid. I called them when I first bought my house and said hey need y'all to come deal with my pool because it's a swamp and they said oh we're going to schedule you to come clean the pool and your schedule for this day that day came nobody called or anything. Call them back was like hey what are y'all going to come over we don't clean pools this time of year we've already stopped since this day I said somebody said you were coming on this day no no no no no. Next year when it's pool time again call them out again oh we can't we can't figure out what's wrong with this pool we wouldn't know how to fix it it's too far gone. Okay what kind of company are you? You're a pool company you're supposed to fix pools that's your main line of business. Worst company ever I had to call Natan pool from Fort Smith they came out replace the pipes put a new pump in got the pool up and running now my pool is sparkling crystal clear no thanks to Tri-Mountain."

"The only reason I rated them a zero is because a zero is not an option. Customer service is horrible! They are very unreliable! I called to set up an apt to get a pool inspection for a house in trying to buy! The day of the inspection I called ahead of time to make sure everything was still a go! The woman that answered the phone said that she needed to call someone to verify. The appointment time came and I still haven't heard anything so I call them back to ask if she had found out anything. She says, " oh yea, they aren't going to be able to be there at that time!" I ask the lady why couldn't they have called and explained that to me so I wouldn't have taken off of work to be here at the agreed upon time. She pretty much just says sorry I don't know what to tell ya!! So needles to say I will be taking my business elsewhere!"

"Worked for two-three weeks trying to get service done by Tri Mountain Pools. Very disatisfied with the customer service, timing and attidute. Was told many times would call back and never received that call back. Tried to voice concerns on phone with someone last night and that person was very rude. I never had a problem with them in the past when going into store. Maybe they just need to organize their service better. I will gladly update this review if someone will at least give the courtousy of a call back, schedule the service and complete it."
