"Didn't have the medication I was prescribed so had to find a new pharmacy."

"I've been going here since August 2023 and I've had nothing but problems. They aren't submitting my prior authorizations when I request it, I've called them about it multiple times and they'd flat out said they won't submit it because the medication isn't in stock which why would you do it now so when the medication does come in you can fill it? I've called in advance multiple times and tell them specifically when I'll pick up and my meds are never ready. It takes at least 20 minutes of me standing around for it to be ready. They will never call you if there's an issue. Just a headache."

"I call ahead of time every time I need to pick up my prescription and somehow it’s never ready. I always have to wait 10+ minutes. I called and was told they would get my prescription ready today, showed up 5 hours later only for them to tell me I don’t have any renewals, which would’ve been nice to know over the phone. Don’t waste your time here, clerks are no help."

"Place has really improved over the last 10 years. Refills are much more timely and the staff that has been there since I began filling here have nothing but friendly faces. Keep up the good work, never had an issue that couldn't be resolved with a simple question."

"I've been going to this pharmacy for quite sometime and this is because they know me, treat me with care and respect and are very respectful. They also know my wife and treat her very kind as well when she has to get my medication for me. They have always been very fast and professional to me so not sure what the bad reviews are about. I haven't had one bad experience with them. Thanks guys!"
