"This apartment is terrible! dirty!!! Parking is a joke! Something badly needs to be done about the parking situation our son lives there and has had his car towed 2 times now in the last 2 months there is never anywhere to park we were there for a few hours assisting him with some furniture and our car was blocked in we could not get out the parking lot is always complete chaos! The tow company is about 3 blocks away and charges $161 to tow your car 3 blocks !! Don't move in here there is much better options in this town similarly priced or cheaper !!!"

"These apartments are beyond HORRID! Constant smell of weed in the hallways, my daughter constantly asked what the smell was. A pipe burst one year and flooded the entire first floor apartments including ours. They did nothing to get the water out from our apartment, the water reached to our carpet area. All our things on the floor in our storage area got ruined. All they did was give us half off rent for the month. When we moved out they blamed US for carpet damages. After we constantly complained that our carpet was ruined. Someone did a hit and run on my car, I asked for a video of it to turn it into the police and they told me the cameras outside weren't working, so there's nothing they could do about it. These apartments are suppose to be locked unless you have a key to open the door, but the fire exist door was ALWAYS prompt open for anyone to walk right in the building. A person got shot in the second building. Cops were there DAILY. There's not enough parking space if you live in the furthest building down, causing you to have to park damn near the first apartment building parking lot. Garbage outside EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME! The screaming and running around constantly from kids in the hallway was never ending. The apartment would never get warm, but our electricity bill was always almost $300 if not more.... For an apartment!! They constantly changed property managers so you never knew who to call if you had a problem! And whenever you called and left a voicemail, they never return your calls. These are the absolute WORST apartments one can ever live in. Save your money, and look else where to live. If I could rate these apartments with negative numbers I most definitely would!!"

"Don't. Just......don't. It appears that management has been paying for high star reviews. Let me lay it all down. I was one of the first tenants in the western most building. The number of times the police were called is more than I'd care to admit. I had been woken up by people literally smashing a car with a large rock and screaming. Someone in our complex was stabbed and the police did a search of the building and surrounding area. We had found cockroaches a couple weeks before we moved out. Constant weed smell, noise, and electrical problems in the garage. We felt extremely unsafe to the point we started carrying firearms just to walk to our cars. Gang related activity was pretty rampant as well. Do not move here under any circumstances."

"It's a great place to live there. I have a couple month there but I like the manager Jeremy is nice. The maintenance is friendly and fix thing right away a least trys to but eather way it gets done. Haven't been there for snow. There not a lot of parking but jeremy is fixing that he said his getting tag for the apt cars. It's not there fault that other people make lots of sound. There pet friendly. Thank you hidden hills apartments. They have washer dryer in all there apartment no one shares I think that's nice. I hated sharing in other apartments I lived at I think this are the best. For everyone who didn't like living here there is hot water in the shower all the time. There hallway do get clean if the neighbors would pick up there trash and wait to be in there apt to throw away there garbage maybe once in a while you have a clean hall way everyone should try to be clean."
