"I have lived here for 10 months and they have never fixed the dryer on any of the floors. Like literally the dryers don’t work in the entire building. they will run and tumble around your wet clothes and take your money. There’s always trash everywhere and it smells like weed outside all the time. And in the garage. If you need something affordable, it’s a good place. But if you’re somebody that is able to afford something nicer, than just pay the extra $200 a month and get that some thing nicer… also any of the closet doors fall off of the hinges like every two months. oh, the washers are also extremely small. And yes you have to pay for all of your laundry. and the elevators smell like dirty feet"
