"The owner if awful! Not getting work done around the place when it is important like Hot Water 2-3 days with out really and it always happens when there is air in the lines. Needed a new boiler for the apartment for over 5 years they keep limping it along instead of replace it. So if he does that for something important like hot water then what is he not doing when it comes to smaller items. Don't do it!"
