"The prices are reasonably competitive, although some aspects may be excessive. However, the staff occasionally lacks enthusiasm in providing assistance. On certain occasions, they can be very helpful. I highly recommend this establishment as it is the only gaming store in the vicinity, apart from Walmart. The alternative option would be to travel across the bridge to fortsmouth."

"First time shopping here was helped by young man as soon as he seen me looking around. They had a great selection of PS2 games they didn't have the game I wanted the most mortal Kombat or twisted metal but I got some good ones anyway. All the staff seemed to be working or cleaning and organizing. the atmosphere was nice relaxed as they were joking back and forth. Will definitely be back great job"

"Been going to Gamexchanges in the area for over 5 years now. This one is hands down the best. Staff are super friendly and are highly engaged with you if you're needing them to look for something. After asking for an item, I was browsing the inventory, and while the person I asked for help was calling around to other places for another customer, they asked if they had the item I was looking for in stock, even if the store wasn't another Gamexchange. Super refreshing to see proactive service like that. Super awesome group!"

"As a Game X Change frequenter, this location is by far my favorite location! Sure, the selection is great here, but that's not even the best part... The manager has trained staff here so well. They're knowledgable, they care about what they do, they check every game and offer to buff as appropriate before selling. They were eager to check other locations for inventory they didn't have. Even on our first visit in, they were engaged with us. I'd love to see the location expand, as it's a little tight navigating around the store, and it (like some other stores) could benefit greatly from some window tint to protect the merch. Overall, I LOVE this store and this staff, and it was well-worth the 40min drive to get there. I'll be back."
