"I had been talking to Jean for almost two months about a rental. Everything was coming back good and going well in the beginning. I said I had a dog and that she was registered as an emotional support animal and after that was said I hadn’t heard from her at all. I emailed multiple times with no response and called as well. Once I called it was beat around the bush answers, said I needed this or that, had to talk to the landlord to see if it was okay to have my dog, and asked multiple times if I had applied elsewhere. I emailed Jean again and after a week and a half of not getting a response I called and asked if the rental was still available as it still was posted on multiple rental sites and Facebook. I was told yes possibly but we’re still taking applications. As soon as I said my name she went silent, said she was still waiting to hear from the landlord/insurance company from a month ago, asked if I have applied to other places, sat on the phone silent, to then say my dog 2yr old F 37lbs husky was not allowed per their insurance policy which she’s registered as a emotional support animal and with the federal housing law that trumps the pet policy. If I could give zero stars I would, I would not recommend at all."

"They allow black mold to grow in your apt. Their solution? Call the maintenance guy to come over n wipe it off every week.. after living in that black mold i got copd shortly after.. this company needs to be sued"

"If you have mental illness and use medicinal marajuana do not move here for they evict you due to the peeping Tom of a maintenance guy who screamed at me demanding I show him my medicinal id instead of doing his job and fixing the bathroom in front of my 8 yr old son, when my 8 yr old acted more mature than the maintenance guy. instead of doing there job and blaming us for being dirty when we are cleaner than most including the maintenance guy! Plus watch out for gene mean gene! Your better finding a place like sommerset where the land ladies care about you no matter your past as long as they see you and your family as a loving caring family! if they want my 655 not 700 I will see you guys in court! ¡Paz!"

"My application was denied. I wasn't given a honest explanation and it threw me into a head spin. Mainly the tone of voice I was spoken to in was what had me so upset about my experience with this relator. I would just ask that they be honest in the future as to not have a discrimination complaint come against them and to be more professional when it comes to handling such things."
