"The buildings are disgusting. They don’t clean anything! When you call for an emergency maintenance they never show up. It’s not safe an apartments! The doors are unlocked. There is a water leaking everywhere in the apartment. The people work there and even the new manager are very unprofessional! Not even know how to talk to resident. I hope the resident live there gets help asap!"

"The owners do not keep in contact, you’d be lucky if you can get them to answer your calls or emails. They keep their office door closed and locked during office hours and never open it when you knock. The buildings are disgusting, filled with litter, garbage and German roaches. There has been mold on the ceiling of hallways and situations where the ceiling tiles have collapsed due to that mold. They have faulty fire alarms and don’t answer in emergencies."
