"For 6 days now every refuse to answer the phone!! They verbally assaulted me and my sister on Saturday while trying to get my 79 year old mothers refills! She still has not gotten them and they are maintenance heart medications!! This is the rudest, dirtiest and most unstocked Walmart that I have ever had to go to. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"

"We switched our pharmacy after 10 years with Walmart. Their newly outrageous policies drove us out the door. I had Covid 19 and called while on my way back from urgent care in Fort Smith and was told that in order to have my prescription filled I would need to come inside in person and check in even though I called and said I was on my way. I’m glad that they’re wanting Covid 19 patients in the pharmacy area around others. After 10 years of going there you would think they’d treat their customers better it’s just more proof that we’re indeed just a number. Save yourself the trouble with this place and support a local pharmacy that actually cares about your business and actually fills your prescriptions when you need them. See you guys never again!"

"Yeah I got the meds I needed. After the pharmacist tech butchered my last name in multiple disrespectful ways and had the entire pharmacy staff laughing at me and making jokes. She was rude, mean and ultimately the most unprofessional pharmacist I’ve ever seen behind a counter. Already being sick, this was really a terrible experience for me. Sadly because we are in such a rural community there aren’t many other options to get my medications. It’s extremely upsetting that people find it okay to treat others this way."
