We take the shotgun on parts and we find out what happened some weld parts was not weld enough. In picture you can see what happened and what part. Part name KG19 Action Bar. We try call customer service nobody answered never the phone. We send email to warranty department Never get respond. We call to the store buy the shotgun they tell us I need contact fedarm. To today my shotgun is not fix and this only one month old gun. We try find parts online nobody selling parts for fedarm shotguns. I learned my lesson I not recommended to buy from FEDARM or you gonna lose $$$ money better spent more and buy from somebody else."
