"I really have no way to describe just what great people these are. Edit: No, I think I can now. I have a pharmacy less than a mile from where I live. To get to Embrace I drive by at least 5 other places that are closer. A few of them open earlier and close later. Most of them offer the same services. I'm sure their pharmacists are competent. There are a couple that are even a few dollars cheaper with my insurance. There is no practical reason why I should be going to Embrace. There is one thing they have that none of the other places do. The people. When I walk into Embrace it's like I'm visiting family. I've watched the business grow over the years and Sam has always been so awesome. But (and here's where a lot of business's fail) All of the new people she's brought on are just as kind and welcoming as her. I don't know if she's ok with me calling her "Sam" but you know what? That's too bad because she feels more like family to me than pharmacist. Now, she's a very good pharmacist. But she's a Great person and she's done well in passing that on to her new coworkers. They are just good people. That's unfortunately a rare thing these days. Whatever my mood is going in, it's always a little better walking out."

"Do yourself a favor a switch to a locally-owned pharmacy like Embrace! Samantha and her staff are THE most excellent and awesome people ever. I'll trust her with my prescriptions and filling them in a timely manner more than any corporate pharmacy out there. I used to have to wait 20 minutes in line...wait for my name to be called over the speaker system...but not anymore! No waiting. Quick and efficient delivery & pick-up. 10/10."

"I had been with my pharmacy for almost 20 years. They didn't seem to care anymore about referrals anymore and i know its a business but i just felt like a number. Embrace is like the difference between banking at a large chain bank or a credit union. You know they care. I even got a Tootsie Roll after a painless flu shot which they quickly gave me when picking up my prescriptions. Normally i use the fast free delivery. Iv'e sent several referrals now and they are happy to have made the change. Getting long winded here but whats more important then locally owned and operated.
