"Not accepting any "New Patients"...I have seen this over and over again as they don't want to deal with the Federal Government. Don't want a Veterans Business? Fine. But have the courtesy to call the Dr. or the "patient" and tell them the reason. Pathetic."

"I’m new to town and prefer to support local business. I chose this pharmacy based on the reviews. Too bad I did not receive the 5 star experience mentioned here. Instead I was unfairly judged based on my prescription that helps me manage my ADHD. I was denied service with no recourse. Thankfully I was able to fill my prescription at another pharmacy on the same day. Otherwise it could have impacted my ability to effectively do my job. I’m leaving this review hoping to raise awareness on this issue and to help others like me avoid the same disruption and humiliation I experienced. All customers deserve the opportunity to receive a 5 star experience - even the neurodivergent ones."
"This is a great local business, Langson's is a staple for Van Buren. they always go above and beyond for the customer. the best thing besides their friendly and professional services is the fact that they offer free delivery to the area, I mean how great is that ! Thad is always very happy to answer my question about any medication i'm on .... I chagelage you to find this kind of service at a big box pharmacy (walmart, price cutter and walgreens )"
"The professional knowledge, and courteous service are unbeatable. When pricing is compared to other pharmacies, the difference is very favorable. Free home delivery and a local business willing and eager to go the extra distance to serve their customers is rare to find . We have been using Langston Drug for many years, and never a complaint. Highly recommend to all. ADDED: The one star review by D.D. would lead one to believe that person is not a customer of Langston, instead they are off their scheduled medications. A comment/reason for the low rating would help."
