"I placed an order for about $1,000 at the end of December. I expected delays due to New Years. A week goes by, nothing. Two weeks go by, nothing. I finally called customer service and was told that one of the barrels I ordered had been placed on backorder. Another couple of weeks went by, and I called them again. They said the barrel was in stock, and they would ship my order asap. Order arrived today, 02/13/2023, but was missing 2 of the 3 bolt carrier groups I ordered. I noticed the packing slip showed 2 bolt carrier groups shipped. I called customer service, and they assured me they would send me the bolt carrier group asap. I asked about the 3rd bolt carrier group and was simply told "we don't make that anymore." I explained that it was in stock when I ordered it and was never told anything about this during the other times I spoke with customer service. When I asked why I wasn't receiving this item, again, "we don't make that anymore." I appreciate them sending the item I paid for that they forgot to put in my package, but they did nothing to make it right with the other part of my order that "they don't make anymore." Their products seem to be top notch, but customer service is definitely lacking. I don't think I will order from them again."
