"Found a vehicle listed on Facebook marketplace; messaged and was in communication all day and went to the dealership that evening. Arrived and had my trade appraised and test drove the vehicle. The vehicle had a check engine light on but the dealership was able to provide me with a report from the mechanic where they had replaced the code it was throwing but just didn’t clear it. Process was smooth and staff were professional until it came to the title. I purchased the vehicle on January 10th and did not receive the title until February 29th. After repeated calls and messages to the dealership I was told it was lost in boxes because the dealership who sent it to auction moved; etc. I was told I’d be given a call for an update when they had one. I had to message or call each week to get an update-they did not follow through with what they said. The dealership then sent a new bill of sale with the title to be signed with the date of purchase stating the 28th of February. Again, overall pleasant sales woman, professionalism of manager and dealership paperwork is lacking. It would have been a different story had they remained very open with their communication and such, but they did not. Love my vehicle and have not had any issues but will not be purchasing or referring friends to this dealership again."
