"I took in a stocking to have it monogrammed. I brought in an example of the font that we were looking to match. What they did was pitiful in comparison to the example I brought. The monogramming they did was very thin, whereas the sample I brought in was a thicker and more luxurious stitch. Also, the letters were not connected and were disjointed. It looks like a very amateur job."
