"Workers aren’t very knowledgeable on their products. I also was charged the wrong price for a game and got reimbursed store credit which didn’t make sense why I couldn’t get a return. They had a decent selection of items which is the only reason they get any stars. My advice would be to double check everything before they scan as they refused to correct THEIR mistake. Lastly, do yourself a favor and search ebay before buying anything here."

"I paid premium price for twilight princess and was told on the phone condition was really good, except the cover art was completely trashed. It it also came in a ps2 case for no reason but that was an easy fix. However the art looks trashy all over from the get go and was told condition was really good on the phone. Makes me regret not buying it on ebay cause for the same price or less I should've got a mint copy."
