"When our previous enteral nutrition company closed, we had to pick a new one quickly. We chose this company because they have a local branch. It’s been one issue after another and we haven’t even been with them for a year! Rita in billing is rude as well, and for a while had me calling my sons 3 insurances to try to get THEIR claims to get Paid. I finally got si k of it and told her she could do HER OWN JOB and call them herself. Now we are being told our insurance hasn’t paid the last few claims and if they get a denial of payment we will be responsible for the bill that is currently over $1,500. Excuse me but my son also has MEDICAID as secondary and they HAVE TO FILE with them next. I’m currently in the process of trying to find another Enteral Nutrition company for my son who hopefully has good customer service."

"I’ve had continuous billing issues, which have only been fixed because of my own diligence. I’m disabled and obviously receiving treatment, but in the midst of me not feeling well, I’ve still had to deal with this place not having their business and services in order every single time. Tony in billing is the rudest human I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. To top it off, I just received a letter stating that my personal information, including my name, address and “certain patient information” such as medical history, diagnosis, medications and health insurance information have been stolen. They provided information on how to lock my credit and how to put a fraud alert on my credit reports, but they’ve provided ZERO services for fraud protection, even though my information is now out there because of their negligence. This place is highly unprofessional and unorganized. I do NOT recommend Amerita for anyone."
