"They are extremely kind and helpful. Only downside is no pick up window. The window you see is no for compounding. So don’t sit in that line. You can park and call and they will bring it out to you if need be. Parking for that is in the back."

"My sister and I are both getting progesterone supplements from this pharmacy in order to continue our pregnancies. Without the supplements we will lose our pregnancies and this is the only pharmacy in the area who can make them for us. On Monday we went in needing refills and the pharmacy had received both of our prescriptions but only had 4 days worth on hand so we each got 2 and were told to come back on Wednesday. Yesterday was Wednesday, they still hadn’t made them, and we were told to check back today. Today when my sister called them she was told they need a couple more hours. This is not the first time we’ve had similar problems here. They obviously know what this medication is for and how important it is for us and yet we are not a priority. If I could go somewhere else I could but that’s not an option. Very frustrating to feel like I’m pulling teeth every time I need a simple prescription refill."

"This has been a nightmare of an experience. I have had to call nearly everyday to have my compound made. They said they hadn't received several faxes over a few days from my Dr., when the nurse called them try to get it handled they didn't start working on it they were instead calling someone else about filling it instead of my actual number which I gave them over the phone the first day I called them. Why they didn't start making it after talking with the nurse? Then I decided to go in person and wait for them to rush it through since I needed it a week ago. I paid for a full 30 supply and the tube is 10% filled. I have been with Heartland Pharmacy for 2yrs it was a fluke that when I moved from Roger's to Fayetteville my meds were sent to Collier. I already have made sure I NEVER do business with them again. What a horrible experience and not a place I feel I could ever rely on. You always hear such great thing's about this Pharmacy and I'm here to say that's a NOT SO GREAT at all."
