Thunder Hawk is a modern and vibrant community located at 201 North 21st Street in Montevideo, Minnesota, United States. Our 38 unit building offers a range of apartment options including 1, 1 Den, 2, 2 Den, and 3 bedroom layouts to suit your needs.

Residents at Thunder Hawk enjoy a variety of amenities such as in-unit washer/dryer, a coffee bar, a community room, and a fitness center. To ensure the safety and security of our residents, we require renter's insurance which can be easily obtained.

Please note that payments made by check or money order will incur a $3.00 processing fee per transaction. Additionally, there is a non-refundable $125 administrative fee charged by management for setting up a resident file and preparing lease paperwork.
