"So far it has not been a good experience. The agents are nice and tried to help, but it has been over 6 months since my incident. They want medical records that don't exist, I have no idea if my fax was received. The corporate number will just hang up on you. Can't talk to anyone on the website. Had to drive to the office, which is usually closed, to talk to anyone. It cost twice as much as my work insurance, but pays out 1/10th of what they did, that's if it ever will pay out. Took 8 months total and about 70 hours of my own time to prove I went to the hospital. I payed in more in that time than they payed out. Won't call me back about canceling either."
