"Apartment is small but affordable, but they charge you for moving out as shown by my room I moved out of with little cleaning mistakes and yet only a 1/3 security deposit refund, specifically only $90 dollars out of $250. At this point it shouldn’t even be called a security deposit, more like a moving out fee. Petty charges for not cleaning water streaks or little crumbs in one spot missed should not cost $150 dollars, especially when the building and appliances are old. Under the stove rust is not something I can clean, just saying."
