"My parents lived at Arabella Manor for two years and moved out in May 2023. I think it's really important for potential residents and/or their family members to know that the Arabella Manor lease agreement has a clause that states that management can evict tenants on a 7-day notice. This is not legal - they must provide at least 30 days' notice. But that didn't stop them from threatening to use it on my 78- and 76-year-old parents. I would strongly question the ethics of a business that exclusively serves senior citizens, and that would knowingly include unlawful clauses in their lease agreement, let alone try to use it on their senior residents. Is this the type of environment you would like your loved ones to live in? You should also know that there are no maintenance staff or caretakers employed at Arabella Manor, and no management on site on the weekends, so don't expect things to get fixed in a timely manner. It was not uncommon for my parents to hear other residents say that it took weeks or months for their maintenance requests to be taken care of. For the premium price you pay for this "worry-free lifestyle," you would expect things to get done quickly and not be left for months on end. If you are in the market for a senior living community for yourself or your loved ones, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere."
