"Seemed perfect, cheap and pretty. But that changes quickly. There is no insulation anywhere so winter fees are over doubled! You can literally hear the neighbors coughing and sneezing the walls are so thin. You can hear everything on the roof from wind to workers. The windows do not open in most all places."
"I love these apartments. They are beautiful and the price is great for what you get. All the appliances work great and all our requests have been taken care of as soon as possible. The maintenance man is constantly working to keep the property clean and taken care of! I’m really impressed with him and his work ethic. These are probably the best apartments in the Fargo/Moorhead area for the price and the beauty. Will 100% recommend to anybody looking for a new place to call home."
